Vulcano- Lipari

You will cruise towards Vulcano. visiting a lot of suggestive places, as “The Virgin’s Pool”, dedicated to Venus goddess, it’s a natural pool with emerald coloured water; “Grotta del Cavallo”, it’s a cave opens up, where you can go inside by swim to admire its vault and swim with the sunlight shining on the blue green water. And after a wonderful opportunity to swim in famous bays, where the sea water is dark, because the beach is characterized by black sand, “Black beaches” and “Gelso beach. Vulcano is also famous for the activity of the “Gran Cratere” and the sulfur mud-baths. In Vulcano, if you are lucky, you can see a natural event: wild goats live on the rocks closer to the sea.

Not far from Vulcano, we have the main of the Aeolian Islands, Lipari. On the way you will stop to see the “Faraglioni Rocks”, big rocks in the middle of the sea, and “Grotta degli Angeli” from where you can see the central crater of Volcano. In Lipari island you will swim in a crystalline sea, where the colors are too clear thanks to the white sand, its name is “Spiaggia Bianca”, that is one of the most famous places to swim in Sicily. But Lipari offers much more and that’s why we will cruise around the island searching for the perfect spot for you. In Lipari, you will go ashore in Marina Corta port, to visit the Castle and the Cathedral of Saint Bartholomew (12th-19th cent.), and walk on Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the old Roman decuman, accompanied by the hostess, who may also indicate a magnificent restaurant to enjoy the true flavors of the Aeolian islands.

Tips: in Lipari we suggest having lunch in one of the best Sicilian restaurants; “Ristorante da Filippino” closer to the Castle, or in Vulcano “Ristorante The King” located near the beach. BUON APPETITO!

Salina – Lipari

You will cruise towards Salina island, crossing south of Vulcano and Lipari islands. Arriving in Salina island, you can admire “Rinella” and “Pollara” bay, where you can swim among wonderful fish, and after that, continue towards “Capo Faro” to admire the crystal clear seawater and “Malfa”, a small village. You can stop in Santa Marina Port to take your lunch ashore in a typical restaurant, recommended by your hostess on board, and stroll through the small streets where the film was shot “Il Postino” di Massimo Troisi.
After stopping in Salina, you will proceed to Lipari island, you will swim in a crystalline sea, where the colors are too clear thanks to the white sand, its name is “Pomici”, that is one of the most famous places to swim in Sicily. Panarea – Stromboli

Once you embark, the skipper will give you a short briefing about safety policies, procedures on board and details about your itinerary. You will cruise towards Panarea, it’s the smallest of the Eolian islands but unique in charm and beauty. It’s characterized by the sites for diving and snorkeling, crystal clear waters, in particular in Zimmari Beach and Calajunco Reserve, our first stops. In Panarea you can see spectacular rock formations, coral reefs and a robust and seductive silhouette sculpted by volcanic activity, that make it an enchanting destination for yachting. After, you will stop in middle of a big rocks as “Lisca Bianca”, “Dattilo” and “Bottaro”, where you can swim in sulphureous bubbles area. It should be a must to visit the island, stroll through the typical narrow streets, filled with exclusive shops and book in a charming restaurant, constantly frequented by the international jet set. During the crossing to Stromboli, you will stop to see a small island, “Basiluzzo”. Arrived in Stromboli, you will stop to swim in a small black beach, that you can reach it just by boat. You will proceed to “Strombolicchio”, where you will go around by boat to look a fortress and the lion face. Stromboli is the real pearls of the sea with inlets, hidden caves and black volcanic sand beaches that can only be visited from the sea. You will stop in front of volcano to admire the lava meets the sea.

Tips: swimming in the bay of Cala Junco , tasting a “granita” in Panarea, discovering an active volcano in the middle of the sea… there are too many highlights on this tour. A very must for all those who visit Sicily!

Stromboli by night

Astonishment beyond wonder. The unique opportunity to be close to one of the most spectacular events in the world, the eruption of the Stromboli volcano. We call him “Iddu” (he). At sunset, his rumblings and noises, loud as thunder, are the natural musical background of the “Sciare Del Fuoco” spectacle, visible after sunset and exclusively from the sea.

Relax, dive and swim are the prelude before mooring in Stromboli.A stroll before stopping at one of the meeting places frequented by the International Jet Set for an aperitif or, why not? A pizza waiting for the beginning of sunset to get back on board and head in front of the “Sciare del Fuoco”. Alicudi – Filicudi

Alicudi and Filicudi, the wildest and most distant of the Aeolian Islands. Circumnavigating along their coasts, we will observe uncontaminated nature, perfect for a stop close to the cliffs and for a swim. A unique effect watch from the boat the color of the sea that varies as in a kaleidoscope.

At the end of this full day cruise, we will have traveled about 80 miles and will forever preserve the mystical atmosphere of the “Grotta del bue Marino” and the famous “La canna”, a rock about 70 meters high.
